For more than 25 years, Jeff has been in Learning & Development at every level, in companies ranging from small family businesses to Fortune 50 giants. He has developed over 1000 hours of original programming covering all manner of leadership topics. He's built on-boarding, new hire, and developmental path training. He's been a public speaker for more than 30 years. He has competed nationally at the collegiate level and won over 150 awards in speech and debate; including the 2001 National Impromptu Speaking Champion. Jeff has presented at conferences for Training Magazine and the Association for Talent Development on topics including podcasting, simulation design, new hire onboarding, and more. He's been featured in Spark Magazine. He's the host of two podcasts; Talent Stacked and The Pebble Cast. Jeff is a native Floridian, cigar aficionado, occasional golfer, and lover of jazz music. He is the proud owner of a Lego minifig that looks exactly like him. His favorite kind of cake is "cup."
